Just a few reminders: 

All fees are non-refundable, exchange or credit only.

All clients are required to sign a PARQ and a liability waiver.

Some clients may be asked to acquire doctor approval prior starting training

Training & Spa packages:

 

Package 1  ‘Stretch, relax and pamper me”

This packages includes:

¨ 2.5 hrs relaxation personal training

¨ 1 Spa Pedicure or full body massage

Fee: $135 plus GST $141.75

 

Package 2  “Train & pamper me, please”

This package includes:

¨  2.5hr personal training starter pack

       [consultation, baseline settings and  fitness program design]

¨ 3 one hour training sessions 

¨ 1 Spa Pedicure or full body massage

Fee: $214 plus GST $ 224.70

 

Package 3   ‘Weekly pamper, please”

This package includes:

¨ 2.5 hr personal training starter pack

       [consultation, baseline settings and  fitness program design]

¨ 8 one hour training sessions

¨ 1 Spa manicure

¨ 1 Spa pedicure

Fee: $365 plus GST $383.25

 

Package 4   “Head to toe attention’

This package includes:

¨ 2.5 hr personal training starter pack

       [consultation, baseline settings and  fitness program design]

¨ 8 one hour training sessions

¨ A Hair consultation, cut & style

¨ 1 [45 min] Full body massage

¨ 1 Pedicure

Fee: $405 plus GST $425.25

 

The training sessions can be adjusted to reflect fitness, stretch or relaxation training.

Changes to Salon treatments may result in fees varying.
