The Power Stride & Conditioning Group, previously Power Walk, is an essential first step after baby or if you have you are looking to create a strong fitness base. This group is open to prenatal, postnatal & seasoned Mums. Get ready to power walk/stride, lunge, squat, step, lift and pull while taking in the beautiful landscape!. This group will at times use resistance bands for training in combination with weight bearing exercises. Babies can attend in either a stroller or in a baby carrier. All participants are required to have completed a PARQ or PARQ Med X . This group is aimed at post-natal and seasoned Mums and delivered in an interval training format comprised of running or power striding and muscle conditioning. Don’t worry… the running/power stride segments are short [5-8 minutes] and ideal for those new to running or for those who already regularly run. Lunge, squat, press, jump and burn calories! Guaranteed Fun! Participants must be at least 8 weeks postnatal. Babies must be in jogging strollers. This class will provide focus on muscle conditioning and core strength and end with much needed stretching and relaxation. Feel strong and fabulous while pregnant and prepare for motherhood! It is here … the group that focuses only on core stability & flexiblity! We are talking about 25 minutes of core stability training! Every mother needs this without exception. All Mums need to stretch & relax and this group targets exactly that! Breath, balance, stretch and relax with a blend of several forms of yoga and integrated traditional stretches. This group is designed for post-natal and seasoned Mums. Please bring your own yoga or Pilates mat and be ready to get your ‘Ohmmm’ on.

This group is aimed at post-natal and seasoned Mums who would like to stretch their current running distance. Whether you plan to race in a 10 km, 1/2 Marathon, a Marathon or not, these steady long runs will feel great, burn calories and conjure up feelings of satisfaction. Due to the running time exceeding 1 hour this group is to be performed without babies and joggers. Cycling 4 Mums GROUP |

This group is aimed at post-natal and seasoned Mums and is conducted on the road with either a mountain bike, a hybrid bike or a road bike. Mums must wear a helmet. Learn about correct bike setup, posture on the bike, power training and endurance. This group will be loads of fun and several different routes will be explored. Pump up those tires, fill your water bottle and bring a tire lever & a spare inner tube [just in case] because …………..we are hitting the road! Participants must be at least 8 weeks postnatal. If babies are attending they must be in an approved bike trailer with 5 point restraint and a helmet. The real road bike 4 Mums GROUP |

This group is designed to work on endurance & stamina training on the road. A hybrid bike, road bike or tri bike will work and previous cycle training is recommended. Mums must wear a helmet. Expect to smile a lot and explore several different routes. Again...pump up those tires, fill your water bottle and bring a tire lever & a spare inner tube [just in case] because …………..we will be riding the road [fast]! Participants must be at least 12 weeks postnatal.
