This 30 min session is designed for Mum’s & toddlers [aged 1– 3 yrs] and it finishes just in time for Mum to grab a snack and then participate in a 10 am grown-up active session!.  In keeping with our mission statement, the training will take place in and/or outdoors.   Get ready to jump, run, bounce, roll and have some fun!  We have lot’s of props to play with and both Mum and baby will enjoy the workout!  Please bring a yoga mat and a small ball and both Mum and child need to dress in comfortable layers in order to adjust for weather changes. Our first session will take place outdoors!

This 45 min session is designed for Mum’s & babies [aged  1—12 months].  This session will be a fusion several styles of yoga and it will allow Mum and babe to breath, stretch, focus and enjoy time together.  Please bring a yoga mat and both Mum and child need to dress in comfortable layers in order to adjust for temperature changes. This session will be held outside from time to time weather permitting.

This session is age specific and it focuses on technique, a well balanced training program & the joy of running.

These groups are personal training groups so they focus on each child or athlete and their development as a runner.

Flexibility, core strength and training drills for running will also be covered.  All participants must arrive in appropriate running foot wear and clothing.  Fun, fun, fun!  Target races will be set for those who would like race.

This sports specific session will focus on training junior athletes for strength and core to maximize their sport performance!  Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.  This session will be held predominately outside weather permitting.

Jump, run, bounce & balance!  These are some of the key elements in advanced sport training programs for junior athletes.  This course is designed to supplement sport specific training and to increase sport performance.  Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and be dressed ready to work!  Most sessions will run outdoors weather permitting.

Learn to Cycle

Cycling 4 Kids

What is the best way to learn how to ride a bike?  What is the current legislation governing cycling and how do you cue your child to help them grasp cycling quickly?  All this and more will be covered in this parent/child session.  All cyclists must have a certified bike helmet and age appropriate bike!  All ages are welcome.
