TRAINING DESCRIPTION
STUDIO TRAIN One of our most popular groups. Get ready to tone every muscle in your body! Stability balls, bands, dumbbells, bosu, TRX & track systems...we have it all! These sessions are designed for all Mums and are offered 5 times a week.
STUDIO STRIDE Essential first step after baby is born or if you are looking to create a strong fitness base without running. Group is open to pre/postnatal & seasoned mums. Upper & lower body are put to work in this full body training group. Babies can attend in a regular stroller, jogging stroller or baby carrier.
LEARN TO RUN This group is as simple as it sounds, if you have never been a runner and want to learn how, this is where you start. We do run/walks and proper technique ending with some core work and stretching.
RUN 4 POWER & CORE Just what every runner needs! Advanced running & core work packed into 60 minutes! Interval, tempo & speed drills outdoors, followed by advanced core training in-studio. Prior run training and a solid core base is recommended.
BOOTCAMP 4 DADS Our male partners want to keep up with our pace, so this class was created just for them! Get ready to tone every muscle in your body! An intense, full body workout targeting the cardio and muscular needs for athleticism and everyday needs. Stability balls, dumbbells, bosu, bands, TRX & track systems...we have it all! These sessions are designed for Dads who are up for a challenge!
PRENATAL STUDIO TRAIN This class will provide focus on muscle conditioning, core strength and end with stretching and relaxation. In this group you will learn the proper exercises and technique for prenatal. Participants must have a PARmed-X for PREGNANCY completed prior to participating.
EXPRESS LUNCH CIRCUIT For all you working Women out there who can’t find time to workout in the morning. Come on your lunch hour or after work for a full body workout with cardio bursts, resistance bands, medicine balls and more. Get ready to tone your muscles in a intense 45 minute workout. Work is not a excuse anymore. We can also come to you.
PRENATAL YOGA Connect with an amazing group of moms and renew your body and soul every week! Whether you are a parent of a newborn or a teen, you are welcome in this very supportive group. You’ll bring your body more strength, flexibility, balance, centre your mind, and gain new insight on your overall health.
SELF DEFENCE Empower yourself with the skills, knowledge & techniques of close quarter combat self defense. In this 6 week class, you will learn how to defend yourself against any attacker, in any situation.
