PERSONAL TRAINING ADVENTURE CAMP 4 KIDS

Summer Adventure CampGet your kids active this summer in our Personal Training Adventure Camp 4 Kids! 5 weeks of total fun & fitness with new themes every week! Popular activities include outdoor games/sports, hiking, cycling, fitness exercises, nutrition, arts & crafts and much more. Campers bring their own nutritious lunches.

Age Groups: 4-6, 7-9, & 10-12 year olds.
Maximum of 10 campers to 1 trainer.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00pm *before & aftercare available*

  • Week 1 (July 5-9): Olympic Adventure Week #1
    Pick a country, design a flag and train and compete as an athlete for a variety of fun sports and events!
    Fee: $214
  • Week 2 (July 12-16): Yoga, Nutrition & Wellness #1
    A softer, mindful approach to fitness is the focus this week. At the start of each day, campers will get a taste of yogic practice and meditation, empowering and focusing them for the day's activities. We will then explore healthier food choices, make some tasty easy recipes, walk, hike, play & breathe in the fresh air!

  • Week 3 (July 19-23): Athlete's Training and Nutrition Camp
    Designed for athletes of all sports, campers will go back to basics through our trainers' innovative activities. They will gain a solid fitness foundation to enhance strength, body awareness, and overall health. With the help of our trainers, campers will design their own training programs, set goals and learn how to reach them!

  • Week 4 (July 26-30): Olympic Adventure Week #2
    A second round of Olympics (similar activities to week #1) !

  • Week 5 (August 3-6): Yoga, Nutrition & Wellness #2
    More recipes, yoga and fun (similar to activities of week#2) !
