WHO WE ARE
| Prior to starting at Body Now 4 Mums & Kids, I was doing kettlebell and TRX suspension training. When I found out I was expecting my first baby, it was important to me that my trainer was pre & post-natal certified but I was worried that I would not find a training group that was intense and hard core enough for me. I learned about Body Now 4 Mums & Kids at a Mum & Baby show and after speaking with Cindy and Tracie I knew Body Now 4 Mums & Kids was for me. This is my 2nd training session and I am blown away with the knowledge, encouragement and support of ALL the trainers. They are nothing but flexible and accommodating with my shift work schedule. I look forward to being in the best shape possible to deliver our baby and return post-natal to get into the best shape of my life!

NUTRITION TIP
Plan your meals for the week and write it on the family calendar! It saves time and money and will help keep the family focused on healthy, delicious food that everyone enjoys. The kids can choose a menu one night a week (but it must be balanced and healthy) and they can help prepare the meal that evening, which helps them learn about making healthy food choices and meal preparation.
One Week of Clean Eating Plan
Keep the fundamentals (as seen a few weeks ago) in mind:
- Eat often. 5-6 meals per day. While awake eat every 4 hours. Never miss breakfast!
